The Wisdom of God: Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, & Job

The books of Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, and Job have much to teach about the fear of the LORD and the path of wisdom but are often glossed over in storybook bibles. Proverbs provides a blueprint to find true life, Ecclesiastes teaches us how to find lasting meaning in this broken world, and Job helps us to trust God's goodness in the midst of hard situations.

The Wisdom of God is written and illustrated in the same engaging style as The Kingdom of God Bible Storybook, with summaries and questions at the end of each chapter. It also features introductions and conclusions that vividly connect each wisdom book to the story of redemption.

The Wisdom of God is written for kids ages 6 to 12.

Will there be an audiobook?

Yes! We will also release an audiobook! More info coming soon.

Are there pictures of Jesus or God?

Yes, there is several illustrations containing pictures of Jesus. (See pages 90, 92, 93, 94, 135, 215, 217). There are also images of God's throne illuminated with light and angels, including Satan.

We recommend the audiobook as an alternative.

Do you emphasize a specific theological view?

We didn't intentionally insert a theological view, and hope this book will serve people from different viewpoints. Our goal was to let the Bible speak for itself and to be faithful to the author's intent.
