Our holiday cutoff date for the USA is December 10th. 

Holiday cut-off date for orders with "Expedited" shipping is December 15th.

Please understand that once we have handed your package off to the carrier, we can not guarantee arrival time or if there will be any delays.

Canada Postal Strike Update: We've been shipping package through Amazon, UPS, and Purolator since Canada Post is on strike.

As of 12/5/24, UPS and Purolator have paused accepting any packages for 1 week due to the "unprecedented spike in volume". At this time, we can not guarantee that orders will arrive in time for Christmas.

*Please note that if you place an order with expedited shipping after 12 PM EST, it will likely not be shipped out until the following business day. Please also note that UPS Ground and other expedited UPS services do not deliver orders on the weekends.

Our warehouse only ships orders Monday–Friday, and is closed on statutory holidays. 

If you would like to receive your order sooner, we recommend one-day shipping, or Prime shipping, with Amazon. You can find our books here.

FREE Shipping

Free standard shipping for U.S. domestic orders or $50 or more (during our September promo). Order must total $50 or more, excluding shipping fees or taxes, in order to qualify for this offer.

Mail Forwarding

We are unable to forward mail and can only ship to the address provided in your order. If you are moving or need to edit your shipping address, please email us right away. Once orders have gone to fulfillment, we can no longer make those changes. Thanks!

Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for accurately entering the delivery address at checkout. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, or if your address has changed, please let us know as soon as possible. After an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address. If a package is undeliverable due to an address being incorrectly entered, we will seek to help you reship your order, but you as the customer are responsible for the full cost of doing so.

Please note that because we ship through UPS Mail Innovations, mail forwarding or interception does not work with the carrier we use.

If you have moved, and have placed a preorder, please contact us and provide your new shipping address or request us to hold your order until you have moved, as we can only ship to and ensure delivery to the shipping address provided.

Missing Orders

Customers have 30 days from which your order is shipped to report that your order has not been received. If you wait to notify us after the 30-day window, you as the customer are responsible for the full cost of replacing the order should you wish to do so.

Items on back-order or pre-order will be shipped to the address that was entered at the time the order was placed, unless we are notified of an address change before the order ships out.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, then all the books will ship together when the preorder becomes available. We are happy to split orders upon request, but additional shipping fees may apply. 

Items on pre-order will be shipped to the address that was entered at the time the order was placed, unless we are notified of an address change before the order ships out. Please note that we are able to participate in mail forwarding with the carrier that we use. We can only guarantee delivery to the shipping address provided in your original order. Even if you sign up for mail forwarding, packages from us will not be forwarded to your new address.

International Shipping

We no longer offer international shipping rates on our website, but we are able to offer more affordable rates through these international bookstores. For more information on placing an international order, please email us at info@lithoskids.com.

Promos and discounts would not apply to our international orders, and some products may not be available for international shipping.

Free shipping does not apply to orders outside of Canada and the USA. 

We are also happy to ship your order, for free, to a freight forwarder within the USA. Please contact us at info@lithoskids.com if you'd like to set this up.
