Refund policy

Return Policy:

We constantly hear that our books are exceeding parents' expectations in every way. If you need to return the book, please let us know within two weeks and we will gladly send a full refund. In cases where the return is not based on a defect or damage, the cost of shipping is not refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Wrong Address:

Customers are responsible for accurately entering the delivery address at checkout. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, or if your address has changed, please let us know as soon as possible. After an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address. If a package is undeliverable due to an address being incorrectly entered, we will seek to help you reship your order, but you as the customer are responsible for the full cost of doing so.

Please note that because we ship through UPS Mail Innovations, mail forwarding or interception does not work with the carrier we use.

If you have moved, and have placed a preorder, please contact us and provide your new shipping address or request us to hold your order until you have moved, as we can only ship to and ensure delivery to the shipping address provided.

Damaged or Defective Books, or Wrong Items:

If you receive any damaged or defective books, or if you receive the wrong item, please let us know within two weeks of receipt. We will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Replacement Policy for Defective or Damaged Books:

In everything we do, we want to serve the families who buy our books and be generous and flexible with returns and replacements. If you find a defect or issue with your bookbinding within the first six months, and you feel the book has deteriorated without significant use, we are happy to send a free replacement copy.

Please note that while we hope our books will last for years, children are naturally rougher with books than adults and most books will begin to wear out after being read multiple times. That is a good sign that it has been loved and fulfilled its purpose!

If you received a book through a bookstore or group order, please reach out to the seller for a refund or replacement copy. We are unable to refund customers who have not placed an order directly with us. If you are a wholesale buyer and receive a damaged or defective copy, please send us an email with photos for claims purposes, and we will refund you for that copy.

Missing Orders:

Customers have 30 days from which your order is shipped to report that your order has not been received. If you notify us after the 30-day window, you as the customer are responsible for the full cost of replacing the order should you wish to do so.

How to Set Up a Return:

Please contact us to request a return. Please provide your order receipt number and the reason for returning the item. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you of the refund, and you will be refunded by the method by which you paid.

Digital Products:

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for digital content, such as eBooks or audiobooks. If you are experiencing difficulty, please contact us for assistance.

Package Lost in Transit:

Please contact us if your order doesn't arrive within the shipping timeframe.
